The first time she was featured in the media was for being a close friend of Paris Hilton and stylist. She gained greater media attention following Kim Kardashian, Superstar, a sex tape Kim Kardashian, Superstar that she shot with Ray J, in 2003 and released in 2007. The following year her family and she started appearing in the E! The reality TV series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007)-2021. Its success led to the development of spin-offs Kourtney, Kim Take New York (2011) and Kourtney, Kim Take Miami (2010) and Hulu's The Kardashians (2022).
