However she is most likely popular for her performance as DNA technician Wendy Simms on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation where she appeared for the duration of five years. Emily Swallow.......................Emily Swallow is an American actress best known for her starring role as neurosurgical resident Dr. Michelle Robidaux a 20-something resident who is inexperienced yet eager and is finding her footing among giants in the medical drama television series Monday Mornings. Swallow is from Jacksonville Florida. She graduated with a bachelor's in the University of Virginia where she studied Middle Eastern studies. Swallow then moved into New York City where she received her master's degree for acting at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Film and TV, Swallow has been playing both sides of the law, playing detective in Ringer as well as a detective's wife in Southland the bounty hunter from the CBS series The Odds a bank robber on Medium and even a flag-waving hooker for the RV in The Lucky Ones. The actress also appeared as the mermaid on Flight of the Conchords, as well as the Shana Sosin directed independent movie The Rift.
